To redeem this voucher, please print and bring it along to your consultation. All the following steps have to be completed :
1. You must download and complete the 4 documents set out in the consultation page
2. Please complete Sizing exercise
3. When booking your appointment, please inform the staff that you have a complimentary voucher.
4. If possible, for a more efficient and faster assessment, please send pictures of your own breasts (front on and side view) as demonstrated in our Image Bank via email askus@zionchan.com.
5. Complete the Complimentary Consultation form on the left.
